Returns

At Noori Rug, our goal is simple. We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of you and will always deal with you fairly and reasonably.

If you do not love the item(s) you've received, you may return and/or exchange your purchase within 14 days of arrival, provided it has not been damaged, washed, and/or altered in any way. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept any returns and/or exchanges after this time period.

To complete your return/exchange, you will need to request an RMA number. Please email us at info@noorirug.com with your order number, and an RMA number will be assigned to you within one business day.


Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth return process. Please review the following guidelines for refunds, especially for items returned with damage:

Inspection and Refund Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

Products Damaged in Transit

If the product is damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Noori Rug will not be responsible for any claims not paid by the carrier. Refunds for such items will not be processed by Noori Rug.

Products Damaged Due to Customer Misuse

If the product shows signs of damage caused by misuse or improper care while in the customer’s possession, the refund will depend on the cost of restoring the item to its original condition. In cases where the item cannot be repaired, no refund will be issued.

Unrepairable Items

If an item is deemed unrepairable, the customer will have 30 days to arrange for the product to be picked up from our warehouse. If the item is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be disposed of, and Noori Rug will not be held responsible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@noorirug.com.


Final Sale Items

Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to info@noorirug.com with your order number and pictures of the issue. We will guide you through the rest of the exchange process. Please do not ship back any damaged or defective merchandise before obtaining an RMA number.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

To return your product, please ship it to:

Make sure to include your RMA number, written in bold on the package.

Unless the item was received defective or damaged, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning any item. Items lost or damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded.
