We offer standard free shipping every day on most U.S. orders above $149* shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Currently, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Damaged in Transit
Please email us at info@noorirug.com within 48 hours if you have received a product that was damaged in transit to you. Please send pictures if possible and kindly retain the damaged merchandise until the delivering carrier has a chance to physically review the damage.
We will work with you to either send out a replacement (when possible) or issue a full refund. Failure to retain damage merchandise before physical inspection may result in cancellation of your refund request or an additional charge for your replacement order.
