At Noori Rug, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To initiate a return, customers must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused.
Returned items must be:

In original, unused condition

Free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or excessive wear

Returned with original packaging whenever possible
Items that show signs of use, cleaning, washing, alteration, or damage may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Custom orders, clearance items, final sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Buyer’s Remorse Returns
Returns due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or any reason unrelated to damage or defect are accepted within the eligible return window.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for buyer’s remorse returns. Noori Rug does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for these returns. Customers may use the shipping carrier of their choice.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, especially for large or high-value items. Noori Rug is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To process a damage or defect claim, we may request:

Photos of the shipping label
Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We reserve the right to deny claims reported outside of this timeframe.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if an exchange request has been approved.
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
